B.O.R.I.S. is an intensely aromatic stout with notes of bourbon, anise, and roasted oak. It has a dense black color with velvety texture and pours a dark rich creamy head.
My pump’kn ale is loaded with pumpkin flavor which is contributed from real pumpkin and pie spice. Color is a nice reddish/ orange hue with a white creamy head.
This is my take on an American-Style India Pale Ale (IPA). This highly bitter beer is loaded with Centennial Hops, hence the name.
This porter pours a velvety tan head and is infused with coconut and chocolate (using Patric Coco Nibs).
The English-style bitter is brewed with a Burton Ale yeast that puts off hints of apple and pear. My bitter is fairly light in color with a hop bitterness that is slightly moderate.
This is my take on an American Pale Ale that incorporates rye malt. The beer focuses less on the hop flavors and more on the spiciness of the rye. A very refreshing summer beer that I enjoy after working in the yard.
Here's my take on New Belgium's Fat Tire. My Fat Balding Tire has more of a roasted maltiness in the mouthfeel than New Belgiums, but it finishes smooth.
This beer is loaded with chocolate malt and toasted Coconut is added to the secondary for 5 days. More of a desert beer and it's great with some dark chocolate.
Deceptively smooth and refreshing, with its strong alcohol content sneaking up on you (due to the late addition of dark Belgian candy sugar), this Belgian Tripel packs a punch.
Grade B maple syrup is used to impart a subtle maple aroma in this refreshing porter.
