Cloning Consecration and Temptation
A good friend and I, recently brewed pseudo clones of two of our favorites in terms of sour'd beers, Russian River's Consecration and Temptation. Not sure how close the final products will be, or if they will even be remotely similar (tough to clone beers of this nature on at the homebrewing level simply because of the number of variables involved, i.e., yeast cultures, barrel characteristics, etc...), but it should be an interesting voyage to say the least.
